Shelly V. Chaney is a retired U.S. Navy hospital corpsman with twenty years of honorable service. He served aboard the USS Missouri and worked across clinical, shipboard, and field medical environments. With advanced training in laboratory sciences and healthcare management, his work reflects lived experience, accountability, and advocacy shaped by service, sacrifice, and responsibility.
